Vintage Goldilocks & the Three Bears Upcycled Journal | One of a Kind Handmade Storybook Notebook

A wonderfully quirky one of a kind handmade journal created from a vintage copy of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. This old children’s book has been taken apart and given an entirely new life as a spiral bound journal, while keeping original pages and illustrations from the story throughout.

And these illustrations? They are so wonderfully weird and slightly ugly that they’re fantastic. 😂 Goldilocks and the bears have that unmistakable vintage storybook look that you just don’t see in modern children’s books, which is exactly what gives this journal so much personality.

Inside, you’ll find a fun mix of blank writing and drawing pages, colorful papers, original vintage book pages, and handmade pockets for saving notes, photos, receipts, tickets, stickers, and other little treasures. Original illustrations from Goldilocks and the Three Bears are mixed throughout, so turning the pages feels a little like rediscovering an old childhood book.

The original book cover has been preserved and repurposed as the journal cover, complete with its age, character, and imperfections. Because I use genuine vintage books, wear, marks, discoloration, softened edges, and other signs of age are part of the journal and not considered flaws. They are part of what makes each one completely unique.

Perfect as a junk journal, memory journal, writing notebook, scrapbook, art journal, reading journal, travel journal, or truly unusual gift for someone who loves vintage books and nostalgic finds.
