Jewelry orders are shipped using USPS Mail unless otherwise specified. Please contact us if you wish for us to use another method.
If you need to expedite your order please contact us BEFORE placing the order to make sure the item is in stock.
Each piece of jewelry is made to order thus not all pieces are available at the time of purchase. Please give us 2-4 weeks to ship your product, unless it is in stock and it will go out the following day from purchase. We will do everything we possibly can to get your order out right away, please be patient and nice to us! We only want to make you happy :) If you order an item with priority shipping please note: your order will ship priority WHEN the item is shipped. This could be a few days from the purchase date. Our items are made to order.
Please note: all orders are processed subject to pending inventory availability. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, however you will be contacted via email should your purchase be delayed.
International orders, excluding Canada and Puerto Rico, are shipped via USPS Priority mail service for $25.00 USPS does not provide a tracking number and the package is not insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional custom fees or charges.
Alisa Michelle is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have issues with your mail delivery please use an alternate address. We also will be happy to accommodate alternate shipping methods. Please email us before placing your order at email@example.com. We do not offer refunds if the item states delivered on the delivery confirmation. All items are sent with tacking to ensure delivery. We also will not replace lost items due to packages being stolen or lost by USPS. If you need insurance that will assist in replacing lost or stolen items.
If an item needs to be resent due to customer misinformation, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
All sale items are final sale. Other promotions, coupons or E-Codes may not be combined with sample sale events. Please allow additional time for the sample sale item to be shipped. Sample sale prices are for select styles and colors only and do not apply to other similar styles. Prices are valid while supplies last and while the sale is ongoing. If a sale item needs to be exchanged or credited, the customer will receive the sale price paid for that item. We are not able to exchange for the same item unless a manufactures defect occurs.
California sales tax of (10.25%) is charged to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. If in the state of California you will pay the city tax appropriate to your city.
EXCHANGES & REPAIRS
- Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Repairs will be made to merchandise damaged as the result of normal wear.
- We are unable to repair or exchange items bought in any retail stores or on other retail or flash sale websites.
- Exchanges and repairs may be requested by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Exchange/Repair" as your subject line. You will receive a response via email within 1-2 business days.
- Approved returns will include an Exchange/Return Authorization Number (RA#), label and shipping instructions. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.
- Exchanges and Repairs will not be processed without an RA#. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen during transit.
We do not accept return on any orders. However, we do offer exchanges, but only within 5 days of confirmation of delivery of your purchase. Exchanges are not accepted on any Deal of the Week or sale item purchases. Exchanges must be in brand new condition with any/all tags attached and/or packaging still intact.
All custom/personalized orders are non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return- this includes items designed in our online Design Bar.
We are unable to accept returns for items bought in any retail stores or on other retail or flash sale websites. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you choose to not to request for an RA# and simply return your package, we will place the item back in the mail. All returns MUST be approved prior to sending them to Alisa Michelle Designs.
