All jewelry items are handmade and may have slight variations from the images displayed. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship in-stock items within 48 hours of purchase. As our items are handmade, some may require additional production time. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns on any items purchased through our online store. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
