**Returns and Exchanges Policy**

At Alisa Michelle Designs, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, please review our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and repairs below:

Returns:
We do not accept returns on any items purchased through our online store but we will do exchanges or store credit. This includes regular-priced items, discounted or sale items, promotional items, and all customized or personalized pieces. We do understand there are certain circumstances that come up. Please contact us with any issue and we will be sure to make sure you are happy.

Exchanges:
We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Repairs & Exchanges (If Applicable):
We only repair or exchange items purchased directly from Alisa Michelle Designs online store or our retail locations. We do not accept repairs or exchanges for items purchased from third-party online retailers or partner stores.

Repair Requests: 
1. Email a photo of the damaged item to info@alisamichelle.com for review.  
2. We will respond within48 hours to confirm if the item qualifies for repair.  
3. Depending on the extent of the damage, a repair fee may apply.

Exchange Process:
1. To process an exchange, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our production team.  
2. Do not send any items back without an RA number, as they will be returned to you.  
3. To request your RA number, email info@alisamichelle.com.

Gifts: 
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may qualify for a gift credit equal to the value of the item. Please contact us at info@alisamichelle.com for further details.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, they may be eligible for a credit once the item is returned.

Shipping Information:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges or repairs.  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

The time it takes for exchanged items to reach you may vary based on your location.
