Ordering Terms
ORDERING TERMS
Please understand that in order to provide great products that are unique and special, we need to maintain a strict understanding of fair ordering practices. Please read the following BEFORE placing your order, we require you to agree to our ordering terms before placing your order. Please read CAREFULLY:
- Please note: due to the handmade nature of our items we DO NOT accept any returns. We are more than happy to exchange your item(s) within 5 days of receipt of your item(s) with the EXCEPTION of sale items, Deals of the Week items, and all custom pieces.
- We CANNOT accept any exchanges on personalized or custom orders. Please contact us prior to shipping back your item(s). We will not accept any items without a return authorization number.
- Personalized orders can take up to 2 weeks for delivery, please contact us if you wish to expedite your order. We will not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase of your personalized or custom piece.
- All SALE items are FINAL sale purchases. This includes all items purchased with a coupon code, any discount, and items purchased through special offers. There are no returns or exchanges allowed. Please make sure to place your order carefully and have all/any questions answered prior to submitting your order.
- Most items will ship within 48 hours of purchase only if the item is in stock. All items are handmade and may take time for production. Items can ship anywhere up to 2 weeks so please be mindful of that before ordering. If you have a question about availability of a specific item please contact us at info@alisamichelle.com before placing your order.
- Alisa Michelle will only repair or exchange items purchased directly from our online store and retail locations. We cannot accept any repairs or exchanges for items purchased from any third party online stores or partnering retail stores.

WHOLESALE ORDERING TERMS
- Sadie’s Moon requires a $150 order minimum and a $100 re-order minimum.
- All items are handmade to order. We ask for a 2-4 week lead time for production. For rush orders please contact us for accommodations.
- Cancellations and/or revisions must be made within 5 days of original order date.
- No cancellations and/or revisions will be accepted after 5 days of original order date.
- Claims will not be processed unless notified within 5 days of receipt of goods.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- All returns and/or allowances will not be accepted without a written authorization form.
- Completion date indicates the final date in which the order can be shipped from our shipping facility.
- Shipping + handling costs about $12 with UPS for all wholesale orders. Please contact us for requests of alternate shipping methods and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- We will not accommodate Net 30 as a form of payment unless discussed and approved prior to placing your order. (We accept most all types of credit cards and PayPal.)
- Online wholesale orders include a different set of terms from wholesale orders processed through our showrooms.
