Refunds, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for any Create Your Own (CYO) engraved items after purchase.
Please know that however your message is typed here will be engraved EXACTLY AS IS (including any caps, punctuation marks, numbers or symbols.) If an item needs to be remade due to a customer error, please know that an additional fee will be charged. Please note that if a design cannot be executed we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
