How to balance everything at once...

My question is and will always be how to get everything done in a day. I have the business to run, house to keep up and kids to take care of. It all seems too much with so little time. Our kid's line of jewelry keeps me so busy that I find it hard to dedicate time to anything else. We get so many orders and each piece is so time consuming yet you can't charge much money for kid's jewelry. I have to figure out a schedule and how to balance it all. How do you balance your time?
